"The Roof, The Roof, The roof is On ---- well the roof is simply on"!
That's right, as of this weekend the entire new addition will be up, shingled, and water tight. All new windows have been installed and the inside work should begin on Tuesday June 1st.
What a long strange trip its been (ok, I borrowed from another classic) these past two months. The highs and lows of this project are incredible. The day the brewhouse glass doors and windows were installed was like a new beginning, a breath of fresh air, we were completely rejuvenated - nothing could stop us. Until one of the 8 x 8 glass panels was delivered with a bow in it and needs to be replaced, D'OH!
Onward and upward Scanlon always tells me (usually after sampling some of Schmittys brews) so lets do just that.

Upcoming Events
Saturday June 12th "Celebrate Granby in the Park"
The Cambridge House will be participating in this event from the hours of 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. This is your chance to meet and greet our brewmaster, the chefs Rich and Jim and of course the owners. Rich and Jim have put together a great menu for the event - so come on down and meet our team!
We will also be taking applications for all positions at this time - even if you have already completed an on-line application this is a great opportunity to meet the team face to face.
And for all those folks still inquiring about investment opportunities, feel free to come on down and ask all your questions directly to the owners. We will have a limited number of investor portfolios available on-site for any interested parties.

Next Months issue
Next month we will be adding two new columns, the first is "Mr. Scanlon's Pint of View", which could include just about any topic (perhaps we'll finally find out what color the sky is in Scott's world). In the second, Mr. Schmidt will introduce us to his first five production beers. He will provide you with a in-depth analysis of each brew and perhaps even make some food pairing recommendations.
